Two eggs with two tablespoons of frenches fried onions. 2 tbsp=3g of carbs.

Back at it. Breakfast

I've been successful with the diet, so fast losing a total of 35 pounds. However, I've hit a plateau and I think my diet could be improved. Pictures do not lie, do it's back to recording everything I eat.
